MR WINSTON THADDEUS WILLIAMS of Paul Over died on Monday September 10th at the age of 72. The funeral takes place on Friday September 21st at the Cathedral of the Assumption, Kingstown. The body lies at the church from 2:00 pm. The service begins at 3:00 pm. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
