MR ELMAN CHILDS better known as TIBS of Sandy Bay died on Friday August 31st at the age of 68. The funeral takes place on Saturday September 25th at the Gospel Hall Chapel, Sandy Bay. The body lies at the chapel from 2:00 pm. The service begins at 3:00 pm. Burial will be at the London Cemetery.
