MRS SHIRLEY SYLVIA MILLS of Lodge Village died on Saturday August 25th at the age of 82. She was the proprietor of the High Tide Restaurant at the Grenadines Wharf. The funeral takes place on Thursday September 6th at the Cathedral of the Assumption, Kingstown. The body lies at the church from 1:00pm. The service begins at 2:00. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
