MR LINCOLN JOSEPH WATSON BROWNE better known as LINCOLN WILTSHIRE and THE MAYOR of Upper Stubbs died on Saturday August 18th at the age of 94. The funeral takes place on Saturday September 1st at the Church of God of Prophecy, Victoria Village. The body lies at the church from 1pm. The service begins at 2:00. Burial will be at the St. Joseph’s Cemetery at Stubbs.
