MR NOEL CLINTON LAYNE better known as JUGGIE of Rillan Hill formerly of Georgetown died on Thursday July 26th at the age of 68. The funeral takes place on Saturday August 11th at the St. James Anglican Church, Layou. The body lies at the church from 1:00 pm. The service begins at 2:30. Burial will be at the Layou Cemetery.
