MS LUENCIA FATIENA QUOW better known as LOU STEPHENS of Redemption Sharpes, Coulls Hill and Barrouallie died on Saturday 30th June at the age of 61. The funeral takes place on Tuesday 17th July at the Kingstown Seventh Day Adventist Church. The body lies at the church from 1:00 p.m. The service begins at 2:00pm. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
