MS PATSY PHILLIPS-GUY better known as PATSY or MOTHER BARBOUR died on Thursday June 14th at the age of 77. The funeral takes place Thursday July 5th. The body lies at the church from 1pm. Tributes begin at 2:00. The service begins at 3:00. Burial will be at the Lowman’s Leeward Cemetery.
