MR. BRIAN FITZGERALD SPANN better known as DONALD and DUCKS of New Montrose died on Tuesday May 29th at the age of 54. The funeral takes place on Tuesday May 29th at the Cathedral of the Assumption, Kingstown. The body lies at the church from 1:00 pm. Tributes begin at1:30 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
