Police Inspector Henry Providence said the Traffic Department of the local police force will continue to make every effort to ensure the road worthiness of vehicles using the nation’s roads.
Inspector Providence said the Vehicle Inspectorate at Arnos Vale has the responsibility to ensure that each vehicle meets the requisite requirements as mandated under the law.
He said vehicles must also be mechanically sound to be operated legally on the road.
