Educator Nigel Morgan, his wife Althia and daughter Crystal who were charged with burning a Caruth Villager with hot water, have been found guilty of the offence.
The three family members have all been sentenced to four years in prison. They were charged for maliciously and unlawfully inflict grievous bodily harm on Cuthbert ‘Mafia’ Victory on April 9, 2016.
They were found guilty this morning, at the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court by Senior Magistrate Rickie Burnett.
