MR CHARLES LO-WELL LESLIE better known as DOC and DUT-SIE of Belmont, Bequia died on Thursday March 15th at the age of 82. The funeral takes place on Thursday March 29th at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Port Elizabeth. The body lies at the church from 1:30 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at the Port Elizabeth Cemetery.
