MS JOAN VENETTA BELGRAVE better known as MA of Rose Place died on Monday February 26th at the age of 69. The funeral takes place on Monday March 11th at the Chebar Evangelical Church, Rose Place. The body lies at the church from 1:00pm. The service begins at 2:00pm. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
