EVANGELIST VALCINA ROCINA MILLER-DALZELL of Brooklyn, New York formerly of Belair died on Thursday February 15th at the age of 68. The funeral takes place on Saturday March 3rd at the Church of God of Prophecy, Middle Road, Belair. The body lies at the church from 1:00 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at the Belair Cemetery.
