West St. George Secondary School defeated Emanuel High School Mesopotamia by 11 runs at Arnos Vale (2) Playing Field yesterday in the Secondary Schools Under-19 40-overs Cricket Championship.
The scores: West St George Secondary School 80 off 14.3 overs (Denroy Hazell 33, Romano Mars 2-10, Zadina Da Breo 2-15, Keymore Williams 2-20), Emmanuel High School Mesopotamia 69 off 11.4 overs (Shamar Tittle 4-12, Danty Williams 2-19).
The Championship will continue on Monday.
