MR PHILBERT AUGUSTUS SMART better known as BLOOM-ME of Caratal Village, Georgetown died on Sunday January 14th at the age of 95. The funeral takes place on Sunday January 21st at the Georgetown Seventh Day Adventist Church. The body lies at the church from 1:00 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at the Georgetown Cemetery.
