MISS VELMA CARLITA CHARLES better known as SAFRA -of Campden Park Plan died on Wednesday December 20th at the age of 63. The funeral takes place on Saturday December 6th at the New Testament Church, Lowmans Hill. The body lies at the church from 1:30 pm. The service begins at 2:30 pm. Burial will be at the Lowmans Hill Cemetery.
