MR WELFORD VICTOR YOUNG better known as PARPA of O’Briens, Georgetown died on Saturday December 9th at the age of 78. The funeral takes place on Saturday December 16th at the Berean Baptist Church in Georgetown. The body lies at the church from noon. The service begins at 1:00 pm. Burial will be at the Georgetown Cemetery.
