The first ever Dad Day at School will be held tomorrow at the C.W Prescod Primary School.
Guidance Counsellor at the School Patsy-Ann Garraway says the event is being held as a follow up to the Fathers’ Day Conference which was held earlier this year at Frenches House.
She says the idea is to encourage a greater participation of Fathers in the lives of their children.
Mrs. Garraway says the event will begin at nine tomorrow morning with students of Grade One and fathers are encouraged to spend about half an hour with the children, while teaching the children about their profession.
