Forty seven students who were successful in the 2017 Caribbean Primary Exit Assessment (CPEA) Examinations, will receive scholarships and bursaries from the Police at a ceremony next week.
The Annual Scholarship Awards Ceremony, which is a joint effort of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force and the SVG Police Co-operative Credit Union Limited, will take place on Thursday August 24th under the theme, Preparing Tomorrow’s Leaders Today.
The Ceremony, will be held at the Police Credit Union Headquarters in Kingstown, and will hear remarks from Police Commissioner, Reynold Hadaway and President of the Police Credit Union, Horace Williams.
The Keynote address will be delivered by Sejilla McDowall – Crown Counsel in the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions – a former scholarship recipient.
The event is scheduled to get underway at 4pm.
