Thirty five students of All Saints University, received White Coats at a ceremony on Saturday.
The White Coat Ceremony formally marks an educational milestone for students who have completed basic sciences and now continue the Clinical phase of the Doctor of Medicine Program.
Dr. Wisam Al Hadif, Dean of the Basic Sciences, urged the Medical students to take their career seriously as it places them in a position to impact lives.
Meanwhile, Cecil McKie, Parliamentary representative for West St George, said the All Saints University has seen tremendous growth over the past six years.
The ceremony also heard addresses from Minister of Health, Luke Browne; and Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Education, Senator Deborah Charles
The All Saints University, College of Medicine, commenced operations in September 2011 in Belair, with an additional Campus added at Arnos Vale last year.
