The Proceeds of Crime Amendment Bill and the ECCB Harmonised Credit Reporting Bill were among ten passed during the meeting of Parliament on Monday 31st july 2017.
The others passed included the Eastern Caribbean Partial Credit Guarantee Corporation Agreement Bill; the Anti-Terrorist financing and Proliferation Amendment Bill; and the Immigration Restriction Amendment Bill.
Approval was also given for the Public Sector Investment Loan Bill and Pension Declaration Bills for Nathaniel Williams, Calma Balcombe, Christine Sam and Cauldric Browne.
Eight Church Bills also received their second reading and were sent to Select Committee, while the Vincy Table Tennis Incorporation Bill received its first reading.
Parliament has adjourned until Tuesday August 29th at 10:00am
