COMPUTEC/Irie Travel defeated TJ’s Supplies 3-2 in Friday’s lone match in the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Table Tennis Business House Table Tennis Tournament at the Hall of the St. Vincent Grammar School.
TJ’s Supplies had the better of them in a close encounter (3-2).
In the first match Michael John of COMPUTEC/Irie Travel comprehensively defeated Tyrone Jack 11-4, 12-10, 11-11-6.
Giles Garraway then level the tie by defeating Kenneth Bibby of COMPUTEC/Irie Travel 10-12, 11-9, 11-6, 11-9 and in the first reverse Singles.
COMPUTEC/IRIE Travel again went ahead when Grenville. John overcame Jamai Williams 11-7, 8-11, 11-9, 11-7.
In the revers Singles, Giles Garraway defeated Michael John 11-7, 11-7, 11-9 to pull TJ’s Supplies to even the series. Tyrone Jack defeated Kenneth Bibby 11-8, 11-7, 9-11, 11-7.
In another Game, University of the West Indies won from by default over Coreas.
The Tournament will continue tomorrow with four games
