A Waste Management Project will be undertaken in St. Vincent and the Grenadines Next week.
The project will be carried out by the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College (SVGCC), with funding from the Australian Direct Aid Program.
Phase one of the project will focus on the reduction of waste material through the proper separation of waste, which can lead to a cleaner more sustainable environment, while phase two of the project will focus on Composting and Backyard Gardens on the grounds of the various divisions of the Community College
The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College will be working along with their social partner, the Tandem College located in the United Kingdom and the SVG National Parks.
The project will be launched next Wednesday at the Villa campus.
