MR ARTHUR JOSEPH DAVID better known as MOTTO and PAPPY of Belmont died on Tuesday February 14th at the age of 86. The funeral takes place on Sunday February 26th at the St Elizabeth Spiritual Baptist Cathedral, Belmont. The body lies at the church from 12pm. The service begins at 1:30. Burial will be at the Belmont Cemetery.
