Prime Minister, Dr. Ralph Gonsalves said the Government spends a significant amount of money to the provision of health care services in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
The Prime Minister delivered the keynote address at the reopening of the Mental Health Rehabilitation Centre at Glen yesterday.
He said the government spends a high value of the Gross Domestic Product than other developing countries. He noted that we must acknowledge this and our numbers stand up better than average in CARICOM.
