* The Royal St. Vincent and Grenadines Police and PYOLA of Layou are the finalists in this year’s Hairoun Barrouallie Knock Out Football Championship. They will meet at 4 pm on Saturday at the Keartons Playing Field.
PYOLA of Layou qualified for the Final after beating Sharpes FC 1-nil in Monday afternoon’s first semi-final. National Striker, Myron “LEFT EYE” Samuel netted the winner.
* While in the second semi-final on Tuesday, the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police advanced by way of a 4-2 victory on penalties over North Leeward Predators. The scores were level after regulation time.
* The Barrouallie Football Championships will close on Sunday afternoon with the Final of the Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines Football League between Keartons United and Sharpes FC.
