* A Johnny Jerome goal gave defending champions, South Leeward Masters a 1-nil win over Expendables Masters in one of two matches played last night in the National Lotteries Authority St. Vincent and the Grenadines Over-35 Masters Football Championship at Victoria Park.
* SESCO Masters defeated Travellers Masters 5-3 in the other match. Two goals each by Tyrone Prince and Casell Pitt and one from Alfred Jackson secured the victory for SESCO Masters. The goals for Travellers Masters were scored by Alfred Peters, Lamont Hector and Brendan Lewis.
Tomorrow at 6 pm, Murray Village Masters will meet Vintage Gold Masters, followed by the match between Police Masters and Bequia Masters and Layou Masters against North East Masters. Matches are also at Victoria Park.
* Third World Richmond Hill United defeated National Properties 2-1 at Arnos Vale (2) Playing Field yesterday afternoon in the second Quarter-final of the COMSPORT/KPMG/ Hairoun Arnos Vale Football League. Wilron Joseph and Kesslon Rodgers scored a goal each for Third World while Shane Paul converted the goal for National Properties Fair Hall United.
Parkside Rollers and Primus Mini Mart Largo Height will meet at a 4:15 this afternoon in the third quarter-final also at Arnos Vale (2) Playing Field.
* Deshorn Moore netted yesterday afternoon’s only goal in the Senior Division of the Digicel/Aeropost/St. Vincent Brewery Breakaway Firms Invitational Football Championships as Toni Combined Stores defeated R&R Construction Transport and Works 1-nil at the Grammar School Playing Field.

The Royal St. Vincent and Grenadines Police advanced to the Knockout Final of the Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines Barrouallie Football League following a 4-2 victory on penalties over North Leeward Predators after a 1-1 draw at the end of regulation time in yesterday’s 2nd semi-final at the Keartons Playing Field.
In regulation time, scored for the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police, while Augustus Francois netted for North Leeward Predators.
