MR OWEN RANDOLPH RANNIE CHARLES of Vermont died on Friday October 28th at the age of 82. He’s a Retired Police, Prison Officer and Justice of the Peace. The funeral takes place Sunday November 13th at the Vermont Miracle Tabernacle church. The body lies at the church from 1pm. The service begins at 2:00. Burial will be at the Penniston Cemetery.
