MRS CELIA VERONICA DOUGAN-WILLIAMS also known as TANTY CELIA of Ratho Mill died on Tuesday 11th October at the age of 76. The funeral takes place on Saturday 22nd October at the St Paul Anglican Church, Calliaqua. The viewing takes place from 2:00 pm. The service begins at 3:00 pm. Burial will be at the St. Paul’s Anglican Church Cemetery, Calliaqua.
