Tomorrow has been dubbed Pink Day as the SVG Medical Association will host its 11th Annual Pink Cap City Walk in capital Kingstown.
Dr. Rosalind Ambrose, President of the Association says the event is in support of Breast and Prostate Cancer patients.
The walk begins at 3:30 from Heritage Square, go down Bay Street to the corner of the Anglican School and then proceed back to Heritage Square by back street. She said that they are expected to be joined by as much people as possible from the general public and groups wearing pink.
Dr. Ambrose said another important activity will also be held on Sunday.
On Sunday 16th, the SVG Medical Association in collaboration with the Medical Students at Trinity School of Medicine will host a walk/run (5k). it will begin at the Arnos Vale Playing Field Road and go straight into Kingstown ending at the Ex-Grass Roots Tennis Court.
Students will be in Heritage Square tomorrow with shirts for Sunday and as much people are asked to participate and support the cause.
