The All Clear was given at about noon today by the National Emergency Management Organization (NEMO), for St. Vincent and the Grenadines, following the passage of Tropical Storm Matthew.
Michelle Forbes, Deputy Director of NEMO, said persons should however exercise caution as clean-up operations are still on going.
She said over four hundred persons had to be evacuated from their homes last night, due to the passage of the storm.
