St. Vincent and the Grenadines is currently preparing to roll out programmes under Phase 2 of the OECS Juvenile Justice Reform Project (JJRP), this month.
While Phase two of the program commenced in July, National Focal Point for the Project, La Fleur Quammie-Harry said consultations have already been held with stakeholders, and a list of programs has already been submitted to the OECS Commission for approval.
