Customer Service Representatives and Local Entrepreneurs will be engaged in a one month customer service programme to be conducted by the National Development Foundation (NDF) in September.
The programme, beginning September 8, will focus on improving the quality of customer service in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
“We are looking at the way you treat the customer, understanding customer service and giving them delivery technique, so they can know how to actually relate to the customer,” Financial Comptroller of the National Development Foundation, Catilda James said.
She is anticipating that several businesses locally will take advantage of the programme.
