Ishmael Jerohan Jack also known as Renwrick Jack, Da-DA and Driver Jack of Colonarie died on Sunday 21st August at the age of 79.
The funeral takes place on Sunday 28th August at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Belle Vue.
The body lies at the church from 2:00 pm. The service begins at 3:00 pm.
Burial will be at the Colonarie Cemetery.
