A man found smuggling around 2.4kg of cocaine into England on August 8th was remanded in custody on August 9th after he pleaded guilty to a charge of importing cocaine.
Border Force Officers arrested Bastien Corris Steve Dember, 24, of Union Island after they discovered bags containing about £100,000 worth of the Class A drug sewn into the lining of a suit carrier on August 8th, Crawley News reported.
Dember appeared at the Croydon Magistrates Court on August 9th and pleaded guilty to a charge of importing cocaine.
He was remanded into custody until September 12th when he will be sentenced.
