Winfield Tannis, a member of the Caribbean Regional Network for persons living with HIV and AIDS, says he would like to see the SVG Ministry of Health to implement an easier and more effective system for HIV/AIDS tests.
Tannis, said the current system is too centralized and is no friendly to persons who do not reside on the main island of St Vincent.
He believes the Ministry of Health can examine the systems used in other countries and adopt best practices which can apply in St Vincent and the Grenadines.
He says that the Ministry of health need to use a more pro-active approach in dealing with HIV and AIDS.
