Vincentian swimmer that was competing at the Rio Olympics, Nikalas Sylvester, had to settle with only his heats, as he did not qualified for the semifinal.
In the Men’s 50m freestyle, Sylvester was first in his heats but didn’t qualify on the basis of other grouping points of swimmers from other heats. He finished 61st with 25.64 seconds.
