Chairman of the Carnival Bands Association (CBA), Hugh Raguette said Vincy Mas 2016 was a very productive festival for local Mas bands.
He made this statement during a recent press briefing which was hosted by the Carnival Development Corporation (CDC).
Mr. Raguette said a number of the bands showed improvement with their presentations and there are Bands which are already working on their designs for Vincy Mas 2017.
Mr. Raguette said they also encountered a number of challenges which they are working to have addressed for Vincy Mas 2017.
