Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has left the state for Antigua and Barbuda to attend the Assembly of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States.
The OECS Member states will gather for its first meeting, since 2012, with only one Bill and one motion on its agenda.
OECS Ambassador Colin Murdoch, explained that while the agenda is a little light, the most important thing, was to restart the assembly.
Ambassador Murdoch added that the long break between sittings has limited the agenda, hence there is a need for a new speaker and new deputy speaker to be elected.
