Residents in North Leeward are experiencing disruptions to their water supply, due to a landslide that occurred in Petit Bordel.
The Central Water and Sewerage Authority says residents from Petit Bordel to Richmond, will be without a water supply until further notice.
The CWSA says its team is already on site providing assessments in order to begin restoration works.
The CWSA is appealing to residents of the affected areas to exercise patience as work continues diligently to restore the water supply.
The general public is being reminded that we are now in the rainy season, which can result in damage to the company’s pipelines.
