Group (3) of the Caribbean Football Union (CFU) Under-17 World Cup Qualifying Tournament gets underway at Victoria Park here in Kingstown at 4:30 pm today with two matches.
Bermuda will meet St. Lucia in the first match, and will be followed by the game between Grenada and St. Vincent and the Grenadines at 6:30 pm.
On Friday, St. Lucia will oppose Grenada at 4:30 pm, while Bermuda will meet St. Vincent and the Grenadines at 6:30 pm.
The Group will end on Sunday when Grenada will meet Bermuda at 4:30 pm, and St. Lucia will play against St. Vincent and the Grenadines at 6:30 pm.
24 teams will compete for seven places in the Finals of the Caribbean World Cup Qualifying Tournament. The Finals will be played in Trinidad and Tobago.
The winners of the 6 Groups and the best runner-up will advance to the (CFU) Finals. From the Finals, five teams will advance to the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Football Federation (CONCACAF) Men’s Under-17 Championship.
