The Vector Control Department within the Ministry of Health and the Environment, is calling on Vincentians to make use of the garbage disposals that are placed in strategic locations across the country, so as to avoid rodent infestation.
Making the plea was Todd Lewis, supervisor within the Insect Vector Control Unit, within the Environmental Health Division.
Speaking to NBC News, Mr. Lewis noted that it is imperative, that individuals make a concerted effort to do his/her part, so as to alleviate rodent infestation.
