The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Bar Association has lost another member of the legal Fraternity – Carl Joseph.
President of the Local Bar Association Rene Baptiste, expressed sadness at the passing of the former Attorney General.
Speaking to NBC News, Ms. Baptiste said she was surprised at hearing about the death of Mr. Joseph.
The association recently mourned the loss of Nicole Sylvester and Grafton Isaacs.
