Carnival patrons are urged to desist from engaging in acts of public defecation and urination, particularly in the capital Kingstown, during the Carnival season.
The appeal came from Collections Superintendent at the Central Water and Sewerage Authority (CWSA) Greg Francois, during the Water and Waste Matters program aired on NBC Radio on Thursday.
Mr. Francois said this practice is unhealthy and is illegal under the Litter Act.
