The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force has made a “major breakthrough” in their investigations into the murder of James Sheppard of Campden Park.
Inspector Harkin Nanton told NBC Radio that they arrested Schemel Dumber, a 28-year old Labourer of Rillan Hill on Monday June 6th and charged him for the murder of Sheppeard.
Dumber appeared at the Serious Offences Court yesterday and was remanded to custody.
