Minister responsible for Economic Planning Camillo Gonsalves said, St Vincent and the Grenadines has received funding for the National Geothermal Project.
Minister Gonsalves made the disclosure during a News Conference hosted by the Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines at Cabinet Room yesterday.
The Minister said that the government of Abu Dhabi initially provided fifteen million US Dollars in soft loan, and recently the government of the United Kingdom provided a grant to the project amounting to four million pounds.
