The National Sports Council has reported that many of the country’s Playing Fields are being vandalized, used as Pastures to graze Animals, utilized for walking pets, defaced with graffiti and even being used as a Toilet for human waste.
The Council says that such irresponsible behavior is placing additional financial burden on it to maintain the Facilities, and has appealed to the Public to desist from such conduct. Persons are also asked to respect the no bottle policy imposed.
