Local Business operators are being urged to register for the Small Business Management Workshop, being co-ordinated by the Centre for Enterprise Development (CED), as the deadline for registration has been extended.
CED’s Training Co-ordinator- Keisha Phillips told NBC News that the workshop, which is part of a regional public service exercise put on by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB), will be conducted on June 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th.
She said it is being organized in collaboration with the University of the West Indies and the Centre for Enterprise Development Incorporated (CED).
Miss Phillips said the CED has extended the deadline for registration to May 25th to accommodate persons who have expressed an interest but have not yet signed up.
The workshop intends to provide authoritative knowledge, practical skills and a greater understanding of how to manage the day-to-day operations of a small business.
Miss Phillips also noted that the workshop, which will be delivered in four modules, will offer a wealth of knowledge for Small Business Operators.
