Plantation Pirates defeated Black Moon Alliance by a mere two runs. The scores: Plantation Pirates 153 for 6 off 20-overs; Felix Greaves 45, St. Clair Bascombe 44; Shaun Browne 4 for 22.
Black Moon Alliance 151 off 19.4-overs; Kevin Creese 85 not out; St. Clair Bascombe 4 for 11, Felix Greaves 2 for 13.
And, Pink House Tags secured a 5-wicket victory over Rock Masters. The final scores: Rock Masters 160 for 8 off 20-overs; Curtis Robinson 39; Angus Scott 2 for 24, Winston Granderson 2 for 25, Renrick Williams 2 for 27.
Pink House Tags 161 for 5 off 18.5-overs; Winston Granderson 37, Stephen Delpeche 26, Calvin Jessop 20.
The Championship will continue next weekend. On Saturday, SURANGA Tama Hawks will face Black Moon Alliance and on Sunday, Plantation Pirates will oppose A-LUM-BRE-RA Sweepers.
Both matches will bowl-off at 2:30 pm.
