Co-ordinator of Rural Carnival Activities for the Carnival Development Corporation, CDC, Ezzie Roberts said the fourth Rural Carnival program, the St Georges Carnival 2016, will be launched today.
Mr. Roberts said three Rural Carnival programs have already been launched so far, and seven Rural Carnival Communities will be hosting some fifty events as part of the Calendar for Rural Carnivals this year.
